Refund Policy
Each €7 payment generates one PDF water-risk report for the address you searched. Because payment and report generation happen in the same step, refunds are not offered once a payment is processed — the only exception is when we fail to deliver the report you paid for.
When we do refund
You were charged but the report was not generated or delivered due to a technical error on our side. In that case we issue a full refund or, if you prefer, regenerate the report at no extra cost.
How to request
Email hello@riparia.live with your Paddle transaction ID. We respond within 1 business day.
EU consumers
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU you have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. Riparia delivers the report immediately upon payment, and by completing checkout you expressly consent to early delivery and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost at that point (Art. 16(m)).
For unresolved disputes you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
